Tracking & Insurance
After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours. You'll receive tracking information via SMS text and/or e-mail. All shipments are insured. Hitye will replace your order if your package get lost or damaged during shipment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.
• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.
• In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative.
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days(Custom item will be shipped in 7-10 days ). Hitye is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
• Hitye reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS or DHL, Hitye is not liable for lost packages. We can gladly open a claim with said carrier and pending a future investigation, our Customer Service team will decide whether we’ll replace/refund the order or not.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
By placing an order on Hitye, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Hitye. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Any delivery dates provided by Hitye are estimates. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your Hitye account if you have registered.
